When I started this my goal was to find the number one AI agency that could scale my business with video content.

There are a number of reviews out there and I wanted to share what I found about their process.

Ever since the andromeda update I knew that I needed a high volume of video creative. And that’s where Scale With Clones came in.

They create an AI clone of you along with 5-10 AI brand faces so they can create 10+ new ads for your business every day without you having to film.

They also have a software product too: scalewithclones.ai if you’d prefer to do it yourself, but for me I was looking for more of a done for you approach.

I get a lot of questions about their process, so here’s what it was like for me:

Phase 1: Onboarding & offer refinement

  • Invitation to the private client Slack channel (for communication) will be sent
  • Onboarding & offer information form request sent - they expect this done within 24-48 hours
  • They review your offer, positioning, framing etc

Phase 2: Planning

  • Their team creates the plan for the strategy of your ads which changes depending on the niche

Phase 3: AI clone creation

  • They request a 2 minute selfie video, 2-3 selfie images to create the base for your AI clone
  • Then they build and train the clone

Phase 4: Ads creation

  • They create a batch of 20-30 ads ready for delivery within 2-4 business days of receiving the onboarding and offer information - sometimes it can take 5 days
  • They deliver up to 20 new ads each week as required after the initial ads have been tested

The best part?

During this entire process I didn’t record a single video and I haven’t recorded anything for a few months now yet I have an almost endless stream of high converting ads.

They probably wouldn’t want me to share their inside strategy, but the of ads they did for me:

  • podcast style clips typically 30 to 60 seconds with back-and-forth between two people
  • That same kind of podcast clip but shorter and only one person talking looking off to the side of the camera
  • Street interviews were really popular
  • They also did some image ads that looked like your on your iPhone or messages back-and-forth and they converted really well

Even if you didn’t work with them I recommend using all of those formats and testing them for your own ads.
